These people that work here are very unprofessional. We made an appointment for 5 pm my husband explained to the women he spoke that he works out of town and couldn't make a 4:30pm appointment. She then told him that she would make a 5 pm appointment and if he was a few minutes late it would be okay. We showed up at 5:04 pm and yet doors locked yet OPEN sign was still lite. We knocked trying to get her attention to tell her we have an appointment and she literally looked at us got up from her chair and walked to a back room! This is pure unprofessional! All she had to do was come to the window and we couls have told her who we were! I will never ever file my taxes at this location ever again! There was no reason for her rude response .
