Hi this is Penny, just wanted to say that Danielle is great. She has been doing my hair now for quit some time. I love her hair cut. I have naturally curly hair and she is the only one that has cut it where it is very manageable. I highly recommend her as a stylist. In fact I went to her before her coming to Eclipse an follower her there when she came to this salon.
I just moved to TN from FL and go every 2-3 weeks to have my feet worked on, I take care of them in between, so they are in good shape. I went today for a pedicure and have to say it's the most pathetic pedicure I've ever had. First, I'm asked if this is my first pedicure, which I said no, I'm a pro and take care of my feet. If this was a first timers, they wouldn't know what a real pedicure is supposed to be like, and I have a feeling that the young gal that worked on me has never had one. It's not the fault of the young gal that gave me one, although her lack of experience showed, and the lack of tools provided to her, not even a pumice stone, but some kind of 2 overworked foot files (very small and overworked) so really didn't get the care the bottom of my feet needed after 2 weeks of moving. The massage was a total of 2 minutes on each leg and foot, and I'm being generous on that time, no hot towels, the lack of nail color selections and was told that they sometimes use acetone in the bottles they do have, and the chair... if you want to go back in time to the 'put a dime in the bed for vibration and bounce around' then this is the chair for you. It is not a massage chair but this wacky vibrating chair, I had to turn it off it was so annoying. So after 35 minutes of "care", I asked what the cost was (should have done this first) and was told $35.00. I about fell out that vibrating chair! No dryer either. I left in my bare feet since the gal apparently didn't know how to put my sandels on so I wouldn't smudge. Because I'm new, I was also looking for a hair dresser, will not be going here! They just lost what could have been a loyal customer because they don't want to invest in the necessary tools to do pedicures and should take this off their menu! Feel totally jipped!
