Great people, fast, friendly, and delivered me to my destination 8 miles away. Driver was great and personable, was even quite knowledgeable about trucking and glider kits, my reason for going there. The way things should work, to a T.
Professional, polite, personable. Knew the area, no trouble with picking us up. Efficient and painless. Car was extremely clean other than scent of having been smoked in at some time. Will definitely use again.
Staff was nice. But they will nickel and dime you don't do what they say they will. Don't call customer service either very rude and ignorant. Unfortunately only car rental in town or I would go else where. Was charged extra day rental for dropping off Less than an hour late , time before. This time charged extra day rental reserved 6 days on rental at weekly rate. Then went to add a day to make it a week they charged me for the day. Even though The agent told me they wouldn't . then 2weeks later they billed my CC 7.95 my I don't know trying to find that out.
Friendly staff and clean cars - what more could you ask for? Highly recommend this Crossville location for any of your car rental needs. I use them for both personal and business and have never been disappointed.
