All I can say is wow! I wish they had a j&r automotive in my town! Me and my wife had car trouble while traveling on i40 the Friday after thanksgiving. They came and towed us and it only took like 15 minutes. And the tow was free! It turned out to be a simple coolant hose. They had us back on the road so quickly we hardly had time to finish our lunch. The best customer service I've ever received!
They did fix our misfire which took 3 days and almost 2k. When we picked it up it made a terrible racket that we had never heard before, that should have been detected by whomever supposedly test drove our truck. We then had to wait and pay again for carrier bearings to be repaired. We finally headed on our way. On the way home the entire truck lost power. We pulled over and found the battery cable had not been properly placed and connected. We sent a picture to them and they said they never disconnect the positive. If they would have owned up or made any apologies I would have given 3 stars. I won't be back. I suggest if you take your vehicle to them to inspect your entire vehicle and wish you the best because they won't own up if they make mistakes.
The staff at J & R Automotive are exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. They made sure that I knew what was wrong with my vehicle and the cost was very reasonable.
