I wound up rescuing my ATV from the Keystone cops.
I really wanted to do business with a local company. I wanted them to do a descent job. I went in with no expectations.. I could have gone and performed the work myself. But I wanted to give them a shot on something easy.
Counter lady amazingly nice and helpful, lots of bikes and parts

Not helpful only cares about getting your money.

You are better off going somewhere else. Knoxville is only an hour away. And well worth it.
The service dept seems hapless. When you call for an update you get the run around. I talked to three different people and got three different answers. I've had better customer service with a cable company. They are literally clueless.
I dropped off my Yamaha ATV. It needed brakes. I waited over 3 weeks for their parts to come in. They were performing the work. It needed the pins that holds the pads on. 3 weeks for a 5 dollar part. They didn't 2nd day ship or anything close. In the days for Amazon, customer expectations are different from the 90s. I shouldn't have to wait for a 5 dollar part for 3 weeks.
