Not a bad Walmart by any means. The parking lot is a mad house at all times, though. Deli workers are good at what they do. The bakery staff is nice, too!
Crossville TN. Walmart. No service. Long lines because only very few registers is any open. Even most the self checkout is messed up. Terrible. Plz shop at k mart or anywhere else. Walmart is to cheap to pay people to take money.
While I was there last night, looking for a rechargeable battery pack for my car, I was very pleased with my service. I was having some troubles choosing the right one because I'm inexperienced when it comes to automobiles so i turned around and immediately found someone to assist me, who seemed more than happy to give me advice. I told him my battery was constantly dieing. He seemed very knowledgeable in the area and walked me through the steps of safely filling my battery with water. He emphasized safety. Near the end of the conversation, though, he said it was probably a dead cell and that I'd more than likely need a new battery. I very much appreciated this, because I didn't wanna waste money on a charger for it, when what I really needed was a new battery.
It's good for some things like furniture and presents for young kids and other household items
Customer service had me waiting over 20 minutes on the phone and it would be been longer if I hadn't hung up. Also, there was a long wait despite there being no line and plenty of seemingly unbusy staff.
Love the self check-out don't have to waste time, they are always out of stock on the tings I like tho
EDIT: Customer service is decent enough, now, from what I can tell. The new trainee was very friendly!
