My wife and I were in Crossville for her father's funeral. We needed a centerpiece for the table for dinner (the same day I called). I called Hatler's at 8:00AM, and they had the arrangement ready at 10:30AM. The arrangement was beautiful, and the price was very fair.
Tried calling multiple times during business hours. The line made a busy sound then hung up on me each time.
I went there to order flowers for my sister's funeral in Knoxville. I realize they didn't put the arrangement together but it was the worst arrangement at the service. I could have gotten a vase at a local grocery store that was better. I was ashamed of the spray that was purchased for our complete.family. it was nothing like the one we picked from the book they showed us
