About a month and a half ago we made our first purchase, a lazy boy. And being New in the area at that time, the sales people knew when to help you out and when to leave you alone. Very wonderful purchasing experience.
This review is for the Main St. store. Everyone is pleasant and knowledgeable and the furniture has it's place. I am sure a well heeled individual would find the offerings quite mundane. What has angered me on two separate occasions is how they b.s. you on how long a piece that is on order is supposed to take. How long have you been in business???? We ordered a LazyBoy on 5/20 and.was told it would take a month. When 30+ days had expired I gave them a jingle. I was told certain models take longer. Probably 6 weeks. Ugh. It's 2017...you should have something set up on your computer ..,...when the 30 days are up I get a call from you with an update. Why should I have to call you. Six weeks came and went too. Received a call on 7/14. Finally. Go in with the paperwork and coincidentally handed it to the salesman who sold us the chair. Didn't even recognize me or say sorry for the wait. Geesh. Glad we do not need any more furniture.
There are a few choices to buy furniture in Crossville, this place, Mayberry's is just the BEST! Family owned and that really says a lot, the personal attention and prompt service is really first class. Unlike a chain store that where I've felt I was just another transaction/commission. Mayberry's delivers a great shopping experience, very nice showrooms with wide selection of styles and prices. I also had a chance to visit their Interiors store on Peavine, that too has a great selection. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you to everyone at Mayberry's
Very overpriced. I agree the "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" but all of their furniture can be bought or ordered from other furniture stores for hundreds less. YES, they are that overpriced. They remind me of the gas company.

After shopping in Knoxville & Cookeville I found that I can get the same items at a much lower price. The sales associates at Mayberry's Furniture are top notch, these folks go above and beyond. I am very pleased with the professionalism of this business. I would recommend Mayberry's Furniture to anyone!
