I would give a zero star rating if it would let me. This is the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a company. I called AAA for a tow and they sent this driver who seemed very impatient right from the start. We arrived at the service shop, and I told the driver to wait until I talk to the people there to see if they could get my car in. I found out they couldn't even look at my car until the next day. This took less than 5 minutes and when I came back outside, the tow driver had already dropped my car and was already gone. I had his cell phone number because he called on the way over to my house so I called him immediately and asked him where he was. He told me he was on his way to pick up another vehicle. He couldn't have been more than a few blocks away and he refused to come back. In fact he was extremely rude and told me to call AAA for another tow, and then he hung up on me. In another words he left me stranded. I will never do business with I-40 BP in any way shape or form, and I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with them. Avoid at all cost.
If I could I would give 0 stars only place open on weekends but he basically stole our car. He told us 50 for the car then showed up picked up our car and when we got to his shop says the tow cost 50 when he had previously told me on the phone he would tow for FREE and give me 50 for the car. Worst expieriance ever. This company is A JOKE!
