A yoga studio was the first business I sought out when we moved to Crossville last year. I found CatFit and am still practicing there. The instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging. Fellow students are friendly and welcoming. There are special events throughout the year and they are very involved in the community. Don’t miss ROCK yoga on Friday – the best way to start the weekend.

Best.yoga.studio.ever! Would recommend CatFit Yoga to anyone(: If you want a great workout with the sweetest people around, definitely try them!!
