Not customer service oriented - bought a VERY expensive bottle of scotch for my wife for Christmas and as I was taking it out of my trunk, the slippery wrapping paper that they put it in slipped through my fingers. Good bye scotch. They would not even consider helping me.
Wow! Talk about surprising! Had no idea a package store like this would be in Crossville. Such an extensive collection of beer, wine, spirits, and cigars.
Used to like it 5 star until they assumed I was stealing and all I was doing is putting my keys in my pocket. How can you where skinny jeans and fit a 16oz up to a case in your pants let alone a pocket?!
Great store, great staff! We bought a 16 year old Oban scotch here for a our company for about $350 I believe. Will definitely be back any time I’m in Crossville
