The food was very good and came out quickly but the service was excellent! Thank you Lizz for taking such great care of our large group! It was appreciated so much after such a long day!
The staff is friendly and courteous. The food is really good for fast food pizza. The buffet is an amazing option for lunch anytime Sun.-Fri.
Placed a order on the phone and when I had got there they didn't have my pizza ready. They said 20mins I came 30mins. Ok... When I tried to use a valid coupon the manager refused to take it saying it was from a different store. It was a $3 difference on a $26 order. Also ordered extra cheese on my cheese sticks, of course barely any chance horrible
Placed an order online 24 hrs ahead of time. When I went to pick it up, they were confused about my order, first they couldn't find it, then they kept asking my phone number. I even showed them the confirmation of my order I received via email. On top of that screwing around, they screwed up the pizza, like they never even looked at the order and what I wanted on it. I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to re-make the order. Terrible service, seems to be more norm than the exception. They could have offered something, a cookie or a drink something for screwing up my order and making me wait when I gave them 24 hrs to get it right, but they have no clue about customer service. I might understand if they were swamped but when I came in I was the only customer in the whole restaurant. I won't be back....ever. Papa John's is better anyway.
We went in at 1:35, and asked if the buffet was still open. They said Yes. So we ordered it. They had 4 Pizzas on there 1 cheese with about 6 pieces, 1 pepperoni 4/5 Pieces. And 2 other Pizzas with ?? BBQ ?? Onion, mushrooms, nothing on them they we would eat !!! So we had a piece of Cheese Pizza, and 2 bread sticks. Asked if they were going to be putting more out, and they said NO, It's closing " Buffet "... So Not Happy At ALL... Kind of Crazy to pay for a Buffet for 3 and only get 4 Pieces of Pizza for 3 people. Haven't been in Years. WILL NOT be going back. They did offer me 10% off.. LOL, Which was a total of 1.89 off... Laughable. Service was Good. Her name was Sarah.... Thanks, but NO Thanks won't be going back
