The job they did at was home was performed in a professional manner at a price I felt was extremely reasonable. I recommend to anyone needing a home improvement project.
We ordered a 14' sunsetter awning for our deck and gave a deposit of $1800 on August 30. I extensively questioned the salesman about putting an awning on our metal roof. He assured us that would be no problem at all. Installation was to take place in about 6 weeks. Much later on December 2 the workers came to install the awning. At that time we were told there is no way to install it without taking the metal off our roof. The supervisor came and agreed with the workers. I really appreciate their honesty and the fact that they were unwilling to damage the roof. I would give those people 5 stars for their integrity. I'm now having problems getting my $1800 refunded. After two calls I'm told the owner has not had time to review the situation. They were quick to take our $1800, but not so quick to give a refund when the entire situation was their fault. We should have been told on August 30 that an awning would not be possible with our metal roof. We hope we don't have to take further action. UPDATE: I AM SO HAPPY TO REPORT THAT WE DID RECEIVE OUR REFUND CHECK ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON.
They take care of their customers, have excellent installers, and products at a great price. I will go no where else for any home improvement needs. They really do make home improvement easy.
