This company has worked very hard to earn their 1-star rating. Before I had contact with them, I thought other poor reviews were the exception to the rule. But calling multiple times over a 2 week period, trying to get Frontier to take action - without any success - has led me to realize the poor reviews (and poor experience) are the norm with this company. Long wait times (often 30-40 minutes), then they transfer you to another department (another 15-30 minutes on hold), then that department tries to transfer you back to the first department. Promises to call back with answers... and, after HOURS on the phone, you don't hear back from anyone EVER. I'm done with this company. Anything would be better than dealing with Frontier.
Poorest quality Phone / internet I have ever encountered. We have their service at 2 houses. Our primary residence phone has been out for at least a month. The local office can't do anything for us. We have had consistent problems for at least 10 years. The only time we've had any satisfaction is when I got the email of a vice president. My wife has been trying to chat with them for about an hour. She was 17th in line. I tried to do an internet speed test at least twice in the last hour. It just does nothing. It doesn't get any worse. Sadly, we have no choice. They have a lovely, 1.2 star review on Google. They're not that good.

The only regret to moving to Fairfield Glade TN is that I have no other choice but use Frontier DSL. Their office Customer Service is the worse, And for reliability don't count on the internet working. We have to reset their router weekly.
Horrid service. Over 2 yrs trying to get our internet straight....still nothing. Work orders supposedly opened then NOTHING! Closed without the problem being resolved PLUS they changed the work order instead to disconnect our service! Getting less than half the internet speeds they promised. Extremely poor customer service and product!!! If you have choice....DON'T CHOOSE FRONTIER.
