The apartments are pretty nice. It is a good environment. However, be aware of the rental agreements. Apparently they raise the rent by 20 dollars per month each year, and they will not tell you that until 30 days before your lease is up. If you want to move out, you have to give 60 day notice. If you don't want to sign a year lease, you have to pay 10% more on rent per month. For a two bedroom apartment, it costs 765 dollars per month now. If you don't want to sign a year lease, you have to pay 840 dollars per month. When we signed the lease, the staff worked in the office told us after our lease was up, we only needed to pay 10 dollars more per month if we don't want to sign another lease. It is not true. And some of the staff are not very nice, kinda give you a vibe that if you are not here paying the rent, do not bug them. I just feel that they are not very honest up front. So be careful when signing up.
