My father in law is bed ridden with major swelling and needed his wedding ring cut-off. Within an hour Kelli arrived at the nursing facility where my father in law was staying to cut off his ring. Exceptionally helpful and caring.
I would leave 0 stars if I could. I brought in my 18k bracelet to the store, a few rings and charms to sell. First, I was told the lady that would need to help me, Kelly, was out so I offered to leave my jewelry there and come back. When I returned I was greeted bt Kelly who told me they would offer me 375 for a 13.8 gram bangle and the rest of my jewelry. By doing the math, 18k going for 28.9 dollars a gram that would come out, alone, to more than that. When I asked her respectfully, what she was paying me for my gold she said “I will not tell you what I pay” which wasn’t even what I was asking. I tried to explain myself and asked what she would give me just for my bracelet. She rudely said “I don’t have to explain my self to you, you can sell to someone else”. She was not willing to even break it down for me and VERY rude. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I don’t know how they are in business!

I stopped in on one occasion about a month ago to shop for a Christmas gift and barely arrived before closing time, but the lady on duty was very helpful and did not rush me at all even after closing time had passed. I happened in again last week in search of a wedding band that would fit my engagement ring. (This has proven most difficult and I have been looking for over six months!) Not only did the ladies help me find a match but they gave me a great deal and had it sized by the jeweler the next business day! The same day I found my band, I wanted to sell some old jewelry that had too much history. I had it appraised elsewhere for only $300, they gave me almost $500. Sounds to me like they are fair, honest, helpful, and genuinely kind people. I will go again and recommend them to others!
I have been doing business with Truly Yours for years now.Kelly has become a very good friend,as well as any of the her sidekicks that happens to be working with her. And one not to forget is the guy in the back with an eye for size.I have so many peices from that store and as far as I'm concerned Zales has nothing on this jewelry or staff ....NOTHING!!!
