My family and I are new to Crossville as of May 2015. The first home we saw, was the one we ended up purchasing from Ms. Leslie price. We didn’t have an appointment or anything, but Ms. Price came down the road right away when we called to show us the place. Well, things have a way of being challenging at times. Our purchase took over a 18 months to complete. Ms. Price was not only our realtor, but a friend, and counselor when things seemed to not be going smooth. She was a very fair and professional mediator with us and the seller. I have never seen someone work so hard for the buy and the seller as a realtor. She even showed us additional properties during this process on the way to a memorial. Nothing mattered more to her than her clients. She remained professional throughout the entire process, and always made sure that ALL of the parties interests were in the best state of mind. I cannot thank Ms. Price and Tom at Exit Rocky Top Realty for all their help, patience, and prayers, that helped get us into our dream home. If you are looking for integrity, and a genuine concern for everyone involved, I would recommend Ms. Price or any of Toms agents. Than you again for the warm welcome to Crossville, TN.

If I could enter a - minus star we would. Earnest money was finally returned 3 months after we were told it had already been returned and now this is an insufficient funds check. Bounced all the way to bank.

Had great service at Exit RockyTop Realty, Michelle Jones listened to what I wanted and I found exactly what I needed in a home. She also took me to water and electric providers to make sure all my needs were met. I will be moving in to stay tomorrow. Can't wait to mow my lawn, go fishing, sit on my deck and enjoy my new home!
