I tried to return a set of earphones that would not fit the jack in my digital piano. I asked sales associate before I purchased them if I could return them if they didn't fit and she said I could. When I returned them to the store ,another clerk was there and would not give me my money back. She was trying to tell me that the lady who sold them to me meant that I could exchange them , that was not the case. I spent $60.00 that day at that store. The headphones were only $5.00, but it is the principle involved. I will not return to a Family Dollar.
The customer service is excellent. The stock on items is always full. Its a very clean and well kept store. The employees are friendly and helpful. I couldnt ask for a better shopping experience when i go to family dollar.
I love this store.. it's a lot better than those yellow dollar stores. This Red Family Dollar had name brands for cheap prices and is very clean and organized with easy to find items. I cannot wait to go back, they have everything I need.
By far the best store. Way better than dollar general. Some of the nicest employees I have ever met.
