I drove all the way down from Louisville KY to check out a vehicle and had a fantastic experience with my sales rep and everyone else there! It was no pressure, they worked with me on the price of my used Jeep Patriot and I am absolutely LOVING IT! They even went the extra mile and found a jack since it was missing one and even threw in a plug-in air pump as well! I highly recommend visiting this dealership!!
I had a wonderful experience purchasing a 2017 Ram 1500 Big Horn. Tom G. was my salesman & Kevin did the financing/paperwork. I knew exactly the truck I wanted... even had my own financing locked down beforehand at a really good rate. Tom showed me the truck and insisted I take as much time as I wanted with the vehicle driving, pushing buttons, etc. We got VERY close to making a deal but was just outside of where I wanted my payments to be. Kevin got me a BETTER rate then I came in with and that made the difference, bringing my payment right in where I wanted it. Took about 3.5 hours to drive away in my new truck :)
