During this 13th call I let the "customer service manager" know that I was on my way to the AT&T retail store. It was very obvious that I was beyond infuriated upon my arrival. After ten minutes of debating basic arithmetic with this "customer service manager" Katelyn and Matthew stepped in to help sort this situation out. It took them no time at all to straighten out the situation.
Went in to get new phone for my granddaughter, went smooth as silk. The young man who assisted us was extremely professional, explained everything as we went along. Will definitely go back again.

As far as the 13 customer service representatives, 7 first tier managers, and 2 second tier managers (whom never called me back). You should quit your jobs and find something you're more qualified for, such as taste testing antifreeze.
