Had really cool stuff for fair prices, a few of there school supplies even beat out Walmarts prices
This place is a joke, the old man at the copy/ups desk sent me to the copy machine to copy everything myself. He also told me I could print labels for my returns that ups is picking up.....WRONG! It printed the email but not labels. Then I stood at counter while he and a girl were back by the computer doing something. She stepped behind computer so that she wouldn't have to help. I will drive to Harriman next time.
Some issues with the copy and print center, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently.
I purchased a shredder at staples on 19 Sept and it quit working by 23 October. Staples would not give me any money back because their "electronics" are only warranteed for less than 30 days. But their manual says they will warrant the original purchaser for a year. I now have to write or call them, and for ceratin they are counting on me being too busy to do that,. DO NOT BUY staples shredder that is less than $40. It is junk. I left mine in the store..... the clerk was surprised, and I said why, it does not work.
Great help with some photos. I think the attendant really did well.
