Went to Lowe’s in Crossville today to purchase a dryer. They had exactly what I wanted and the associate in the appliance section was extremely helpful and very friendly. Also made a stop by customer service and the lady that helped me went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. I will definitely be returning to this store!
The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. If they don't know, they will someone who does.
The hardware employee was very helpful with myblocks. Related them for free. However when I spoke to the manager about a special ordered window he was very rude. I didn't get his name I wish I did. He was bald and acted like I was the least of his worries but the man at the kiosk told me he was overwhelmed. But overall the employees are great
They treat me as family, and when I say this I mean good family :)
I visited lowes today to by my very first new dishwasher,the sales man was very helpful,even got a discount...had a great experience.
Paint employees are very helpful and fast. I've been remodeling my entire house and im.very happy to have this location here. We go for a lot of concrete and the employees are always eager to help me load up. Love the garden center in the spring!
