They are not really working on my chronic pain issues. I have multiple illnesses, plus spine problems, and can not lead a productive life.
The wait is always, without fail, ridiculous. We are always a hour or more late from the scheduled appointment time and spend 2-4 hours total at the facility. If you are suppose to preform a urine test, you're expected to "hold it" in the lobby for 2 or more hours because of their poor time management and inability to schedule lunches for staff around appointment times. During your wait, you deal with inconsiderate, rude staff and when you are finally called back the staff is even still rude and disrespectful with no consideration to you or your family. They are known for losing your paperwork, submitting the wrong data or even filing your insurance wrong to pharmacies, etc. Highly recommended you go anywhere else, literally anywhere else.
After waiting 3 full weeks to get a new patient appointment, I was told the doctor doesn't want to take me on. A doctor prescribed me methadone for pain over 5 years ago. Don't tell them your past history if you've ever been prescribed methadone. Now I want all of MY records that were sent to them from different health care providers and they won't let me have them. Don't go there. This place doesn't care about patients. All they're worried about is the medical board not you.
My husband has multiple health issues. The Dr is VERY understanding and very respectful. All the staff there are sweet. It has been hard trying to find him a Dr that treats my husband with respect and understanding. This has been the best by far. The first visit was long but they told us to make plans to be there almost all day cause of the paperwork and all the new images they have to take. After that our wait has not been long at all. I highly recommend this place.
i too have multiple health problems and was treated with the utmost respect, professionalism and am very greatful to the drs and staff for their caring approach
