When we moved to Tennessee in 2004 we didn't know anyone here! Soon after settling in my hearing aid stopped working. I was very lucky to find Cumberland Hearing Aid open and willing to see me on short notice. Within minutes the problem was found, fixed and after paying a most reasonable fee I was on my way. The kindness and compasion I was shown that day has made me a return customer, purchases new heqring aids on two occasions. There were a couple of problems with the hearing aids, but fixed under warrantee in a timely manner. This is one of the few businesses that go the extra mile to make the customer happy. This is the place to buy your hearing aid if you want the best product and fitting. Their prices are much better than national chains and you won't find better service!
