Best handling of claim that I have experienced in my 50+ years of driving. The pictorial (my pictures) method of appraisal was seamless and resulted in a very timely receipt of check. Although Allstate missed a required repair procedure, they worked smoothly with the body shop to correct the oversight and the repairs were completed in a timely manner.
