I have not been in after my last loan only because I didn't have a need and I was recovering from surgery. Lillian called just to check on me and was genuinely concerned. I was very touched that a business called out of the blue just because I was missed. She has always been very professional and courteous to me. I have not had a business reach out to me as a valued customer and for that I will definitely continue doing business with her.
The only reason I liked the location is Joan she treats you with respects does her job and gets you out quick unlike Lillian who looks down on u and acts like she could care less if you come back. I paid off and they usually give a comment card but not this time. This will make twice I have talked to Corp about her.
