They advertise 5 dollar hot and ready well crossville is 555 also they don't keep sausage hot and ready when they advertise it as hot and ready then it took over 15 minutes for my 2 pizzas sausage and pepperoni both that should be HOT AND READY... plus employees are rude...

Pizza is always good of course. However, customer service was very bad... I placed an order over the phone, the lady asked what I needed and I told her a large supreme pizza, but, before I could even finish my sentence, she cut me off with, "is that it?". I was slightly annoyed and said no ma'am, and continued my order. I said I also need an order of crazy bread, but before I could finished THAT sentence, she cut me off AGAIN with, "is that it?" I said yes and she then said, "I'm not going to take your phone number down because you're only ordering a pizza." I sighed and reminded her that I ordered crazy bread. She then said, "oh yeah. Okay what's the number?". After I gave her my number, I then asked if she needed a name, which she responded, "well I guess so.", like she almost didn't care or not. The pizza is always good, the customer service unfortunately is going down hill and becoming disrespectful and unprofessional... I am disappointed.
