I have personally always called waffle House the awful waffle. Yet the Crossville waffle House have managed to change my opinion by a lot. The food is not awful but so wonderful now. Service friendly, fast and accurate, did I mention friendly. The folks down there have really stepped the game up. Keep the good work up guys. A faithful weekend breakfaster from here on out. The meal was great and the service was better. It was the first meal of our vacation and it was perfect.

The food was good, however the girl running the grill and waffle station was not awesome. She made mistakes in the food, and when the waitresses would ask about it to try to get the correct food she was snippy with them. Everyone makes mistakes, but it takes a special person to mess up and then take their shortcomings out on others around them. I felt bad for the waitresses there. It was awkward as a customer to have to see the waitress trying to get my incorrect order fixed and be fussed at. I would hate to think how it would be if it had been busy at the time.
Our waitress was Martha....she was awesome. Very polite, knew the menu well, and was fast and attentive.
