Very good at his job and made sure I knew what was wrong and how to prevent it. Prices were good as well as timeliness.
Rude and very unprofessional. When he answered the phone he didn't have any proper greeting other than a frustrated hello and said he was I better hurry and say what i need to because was busy. Very unpleasant!
I called Garrison plumbing and he said he would install one for $150! Got in my truck and picked up a Whirlpool LP Water heater at Lowes for $550. Terry Garrison and his helper showed up a couple hours later and did a professional installation. They needed a few extra parts so the cost of the installation was actually $188. Total cost to me was $738... less than half of Mr. Rooter. His motto is professional service at good ol' prices and I believe it.
I highly recommend Garrison plumbing. I needed to have a 10 year propane water heater replaced. Got an estimate from Crossville Mr. Rooter for around $1700...they sent a kid with a lot of tattoos and an IPAD.
