The last thing they told my husband was the only thing left to do was to call Takigi and make them fix the valve that Martin already knew was not working. Well, fine, but why are we two weeks and almost $800 in and what was broken still isn't fixed? They have someone in my house convinced that this is ok and we are powerless. I disagree. If you said you could service a tankless and service was paid for, where is my hot water? Where is customer service?
