I took two puppies in for a vaccination and noticed that the patient room was dirty. There was blood on the wall and a ball of dirt and hair/fuzz in the corner behind the door. I am not certain the regular customers notice such things, but I did and it makes me wonder about other conditions. Dog are dogs, but germs are germs. That's the last time I'll be going here.
