A warning to others- if they'll do this to my friend for $50, what would they do over a motor or something more expensive?
Can't say enough good things about Tony & his staff. They went above & beyond to help me. I will always try them first when in market for a vehicle. Also if I need used part. Straight upfront good folk.
A church member of mine, Don, drove 150 miles from Franklin TN to buy a gas tank from this company. He spent $50 and found it had a hole in it. They refused to refund his money because it was more than 30 days ago, but he had tried to exchange it and was unable to because they didn't have another one.
I've bought many, many parts from these guys and they have always done what they told me they would do. Honest people to deal with.
After calling them to confirm they had the part and allowing them time to check it, I drove two hours there for them to go in the back and come back saying it was cracked. When I said, "Oh great, so I wasted a two hour trip," he actually had the nerve to say, "Well I had to pay him to go look at the part." ...What horrible service!
