In March of 2017 we experienced the unfortunate event of vandalism to a personal vehicle of ours that we have insured through Shelter. Once we discovered this we immediately contacted our agents Jay and Marlo. They were very prompt in filing our claim, calling a tow service since the truck was inoperable, and getting us in a rental car while the truck was out for repair.
