The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and appeared to be kept up fairly well. Price was good for the quality of hotel. Breakfast could have been a little better but it was the usual choice hotel breakfast so it wasn't any worse than the others. I would stay here again if I am in the area for work.
Love the large rooms , great king size bed. Very clean. All around a great place to stay. Enjoyed it. The breakfeast was good. Always hot fresh coffee available.

The VERY BEST customer service in the entire industry! SERIOUSLY! I made a big mistake in booking our room… like, a really dumb mistake… I booked the room for 5 nights instead of just one. Normally not a problem, but I used the guaranteed rate… which doesn't allow for refunds. So I was charged over $500 instead of the $100 that I was expecting. Stacy and the General Manager, Suzanne Moffett were SO understanding and helpful! They not only helped me out but also upgraded my room for me! They are AH-MAZING! From now on, if there is a Comfort Suites nearby when I travel, I will definitely be staying there! Thanks so much ladies!
