The food is usually good but the service is awful. If you're not in some kind of uniform, they won't do anything for you. You will get stuck sitting in their back parlor and will have to get up to tell the waiter that there is something wrong with your food or your missing drinks. The same goes for their to-go orders. You better be checking that food before you leave and drive your 20 minutes back to your house because 70% of the time, it's incorrect.

They will bend over backwards to keep a table of police officers happy and that's okay but if you're there with your family, your SOL on getting decent table service. I don't know if they got too big for the shorts when they branched off from the other Mexican restaurants but this place ain't as good as people make it out to be. It's a popular place in town where you will see someone you know but there is literally half a dozen other Mexican food places in Crossville that you can go that is better than this one.

Martin is the best waiter here, have had him as my primary waiter for a few years now, he always remembers the details and our drinks are always on the table before we are greeted by him. Really good amigo and great place to eat. Ask for Martin!!
