My club sandwich is always good. I needed my fries to be a little hotter i came in at 1030am. I would have liked more seasoning on my fries.

Love Zaxbys food but ... Not here in Crossville.
Bad experience here 3 times out of 3 ... I'd say that's bad.
They always get my order right and I always get the same thing which other zaxbys gets wrong half of the time. They are raised there prices but gosh I love the cheese bites and oinion rings. They have the best onion rings in town. The employees are always friendly.
Manager at least did the right thing to fix it.
Best Zaxby's of them all! The food is so delicious. The staff and the manager Dusty are so good to us everytime we go here!
