Thank you Bennett Heating and Cooling for such prompt and courteous service! At 9:22 pm on a HOT Friday night they had my AC unit back up and running within 30 minutes! I will never use anyone else! They also offer a variety of other services such as duct work cleaning and routine regular maintenance which I plan to take advantage of now! Mr. Bennett also had the cutest little flashlight holder/helper.... his daughter. What a trooper she is also for assisting dad on a Friday night! It's refreshing to see a professional businessmen that still has strong family values.

Either way I was able to call in another local company and they were able to solve the issue in about an hour.
At the end of the day, customer service goes a long way, unfortunately you will not find that here at Bennet. At least in my experience anyway.
I'd like to clarify the service man was very polite, but just unable to provide a definite solution for the problem. The manager on the other hand needs a basic class on customer service skills.
When I called in to voice my concern to the manager (Heather) about the issue not being solved, she immediately acted as if my concerns were exaggerated and not important. I was very calm and non threatening when voicing my concerns which is the most troubling part.
