I was very unhappy with the staff at crossville wholesale carpet after purchasing carpet for my mothers house I was told there was a special that included free installation I had gone in and got the floor ready for the carpet installers but after the job was completed I was told I still owed almost 400 dollars for labor even though I had already done everything required to just install the carpet I asked for itemized statement to what the labor charge was for but was refused the request BUYERS BEWARE FOR ADDED CHARGES WILL NOT RECOMMEND THRM

Rather than pay half the cost and have to come back to pay the remainder, we asked to pay the entire amount in one check before ordering or installing the carpet so that everything would be taken care of. The check was written in the amount we were told with the words - carpet and pad paid in full written on the memo line. The check was accepted. Since installation was free, we thought this was the total only to find out later that we owed almost $400 more. So if you deal with this business, just be sure to know how much your flooring will cost.
