Have used Crossville Heating and Cooling for several years now. They do my twice per year check ups, have installed a complete new system, cleaned my ducts, installed surge protectors, and sealed all the gaps in the ventilation system with mastic. They arrive in a timely fashion, and the staff have always been very helpful and friendly. No complaints.
Marty was amazing. He came out to repair a problem a couple months ago, and was just back for our annual spring inspection. He is probably THE most knowledgeable heating and cooling guy we've ever encountered. I hope he's the one to work with us in the future.
My AC went down on Sunday July 16th around 6:30pm. I called and got a hold of Jamie out of the Jamestown office. He said no problem that he would be out and see what's going on. Within 30 minutes he was here and 10 minutes later he had the issue figured out and I was back up and running again. Very impressed with his knowledge of AC work, he knew what to go for, had the part on the truck to fix it. Being able to call on someone after hours on a weekend is a good feeling. A/C was struggling in the heat and with two children in the house, I decided to give Crossville Heating & Cooling a call. The professional and knowledgeable technician, Roger, came out the same day. I purchased the Maintenance Program which saved me some money vs. just a service call. Now, my A/C is actually putting out cold air once again. Roger performed a new homeowner inspection for us. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was impressed with his thoroughness. The office staff was very good as well.
