I am very satisfied with the service from Innovative Restorations. I had a leak above my garage ceiling which resulted in dry wall falling down and a large patch of black mold. Innovative sent one of their emplyees who immediately removed all of the dry wall that was contaminated with mold and took all of the waste materials to a disposal site.

Had Innovative install a dehumidifier in my crawl space as well as seal the vents as the first phase of encapsulation. Work was performed to my satisfaction and everyone I interacted with was very friendly, polite, and professional. Had issues with timing of work being performed almost every time someone was coming to perform work we would find out when they were on their way which was typically two days to two weeks after the work was planned. The fact that my furnace intake needed to be routed from the outside was missed so that added a hick-up and cost that I wasn't expecting. Overall very pleased but wish it had been a smoother road.

Great company. Our home was vandalized including water damage. Innovative was on the job very quickly. They were very professional and even took time to talk to two old lonely people in our home. I can't say enough good stuff about these people. The job was beautifully done and we are very pleased with their work. If you have remodeling to be done or have water damage, as we did, you couldn't ask for a better company. My husband was a carpenter and cabinet maker for 33 years and he said they did a fantastic job considering the damage cause. Thank you, thank you.
Innovative then sent a skilled dry wall repair/installer who installed new dry wall, plastered, and sanded the affected area. The garage ceiling was a mottled or "popcorn" surface and he skilfully matched the repaired area to the rest of the ceiling. He finished the job off with several coats of paint which matched so well one cannot easily discern the location of the patch.
